What type of worker are you for the OICG?

List your hours worked by client contract name and work type. Include a description of the work that we can share on the client invoice.

We need to know how many hours your worked. If you had travel hours include them as Travel Hours. For Example, Ficher Dairy - Consulting - 8.2 hours; Ficher Dairy Travel - 12 hours; Site visit to prep for annual organic inspection.

Reimbursable Expenses

Please report the total expenses by client name. You must fill out a Reimbursable Expense Report and submit a PDF of all your expense receipts. If you need a copy of the Reimbursable Expense Report, please send a request to info@organicintegrity.coop.
